The aim of these meetings is to become and to stay present, in the here and now, not only while meditating, but during all your activities and interactions. We have all the elements to support us: wind – to blow our attention away from our thoughts, fire – to heat our heart ready for transformation, water – to prepare our initiation and to soften our heart and body to become a drop in the Ocean, where do we start or end? And last but not least mother earth – our temporary home, facilitating our connection by providing us with strong roots if we’re ready for it ……. so our sacred body feels like a wonderful temple – alive, vigilant and benevolent, trusting in whatever life is offering us.
Fire ceremony, oceanic bliss, night swimming, dialog with water caves, discover your own sounds, zero point experience, eye gazing, dancing with the waves, and much more……
You can even choose to make it a HERMIT week if desired. Please feel free to check my website about it

On August 9th, a Saturday at 11:00 a.m., the Zoom Meetings will continue.
The Greek Archaic Heart Ritual is, as always, about the opening of the great, timeless heart, something that can only happen, but we cannot do it, except to become aware of this moment and to surrender completely to the flow of life. This time the focus is a little more on our innermost absolutely “empty-core”, empty space, without center, a paradox……stillness.
